1. Foreman Fitter
With following classification:
a. Min. Technical High School/Senior High School graduate
b. Minimal 4 years experience
c. Good understanding of steel fabrication
d. Good Leadership
e. Understand to read Structure Drawing. or
f. Understand to read Piping Isometric Drawing


2. Foreman Welder
With following classification:
a. Min. Technical High School/Senior High School graduate
b. Minimal 4 years experience
c. Good understanding of steel fabrication
d. Good Leadership
e. Good knowledge about welding qualification.

3. Fitter


With following classification:
a. Technical High School/Senior High School graduate.
b. Minimal 2 years experience
c. Understand to read Structure Drawing. or
d. Understand to read Piping Isometric Drawing



4. Welder
With following classification:
a. Technical High School
b. Min. 2 Year Experience
c. 6G SMAW (ASME/AWS)
d. 6G FCAW (ASME/AWS)
e. 6G GTAW (ASME/AWS)
f. 6G GMAW (ASME/AWS)
g. 1G GMAW (ASME/AWS)
h. A higher salary will be paid for proven performance record.
SS & Duplex include in higher skill payment category.
