Our Client is in need of an Estimating Engineer.
Role:
• To provide projects with process, civil, mechanical, electrical and control & automation cost engineering Services.
• He/she shall report to Head Project Support
Qualification:
• Degree / Diploma in engineering with a diploma in costing / cost engineering subject.
Experience:
• Minimum 8 years experience in cost engineering in a major engineering environment.
• Minimum 3 years experience in oil & gas facilities cost engineering. Company or SHELL group experience is preferred.
General:
• Good spoken / written English.
• Conversant with international design and construction standards and industry standard estimating methods.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Compile CTRs and const containment estimates in support to the cost engineer.
• Prepare estimates for change orders.
• Maintain change order register.
• Track milestones completion.
• Value of work management.
• Work order tracking and management.
• Provide input to project reporting
