Our Client is seeking to hire a QUANTITY SURVEYOR who has a Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with 10 years experience out of which 5 years to be in UAE. Candidate should have experience in quantity take off, cost estimates, post contractual administration of claims and evaluation of tenders, processing of payments, and preparation of tender.
• Must be able to control and report project costs.
• Should have good knowledge of FIDIC and codes of quantity surveying and excellent computer skills are essential.
