Our Client, Pinnacle Management Consultants (PMC) has two very different areas of practice. One is the human resource development and the other is acting as consulting partners, advising on appropriate investments vehicles such as lump-sum investments, portfolio and property investments, without directly being involved in the transactions, for top of the line investment companies in their niche markets.
The PMC team has more than 70 years of combined experience gained from major Multinational Companies in Europe, the Middle East, United States and Canada.
PMC seeks matured, dynamic & result-oriented candidates:
Electrical/Automation Engineer
As part of the overall development plans for the region, our client, wish to appoint a matured, dynamic and result-oriented Engineers to strengthen their Regional Engineering Department.
Responsibilities:
1.Upgrading and modification of existing factories.
2.Prepare detailed engineering, equipment design, factory layouts, etc.
3.New factory projects in cooperation with the company's Engineering Department in Norway
4.Improvements of maintenance standard in the factories including training of the staff.
5.Participation in cross functional improvement programs.
6.Cost estimation / planning of engineering projects.
Requirements:
• Minimum Engineering Degree (respective specialization) and a broad multi discipline understanding.
• Minimum of 7 - 8 years relevant Engineering experience from the chemical or related Industry in a similar capacity.
• Experience in Project Management & knowledge of relevant international engineering / construction standards.
• Willing to travel around Middle East and other countries where they have factories.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and PLC is essential.
• Good analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
1.Reporting to: Operations Manager
2.Traveling: Prepared to travel around the region
3.Benefits: Salary - Approx: Dhs 10 - 11,000 per month. (All inclusive of housing, etc.)
Bonus: Average 60 days (depends on Company performance)
4. Family Status: Yes (Wife and 2 kids up to the age of 18 years)
5. Medical benefit: Private Insurance Scheme - Coverage up to Dhs 50,000/- per person per annum includes outpatient and inpatient coverage.
* Annual Vacation - 30 days paid vacation for self and family + tickets
* Probation: 6 months
* Insurance: Personal Accident 24 months salary as insured sum, 24 hours coverage worldwide, 365 days
* Group Life Insurance: Death due to any reason 24 months salary as insured sum, 24 hours coverage worldwide, 365 days.
* Base: Dubai
* Working Hours: 7.30 -5.00 (5 days week)
